Loos Tales for April 9, 2021 Norman Kincaid is touring NE/KS empowering folks to preserve property rights, but pause a moment to pay tribute to a Champion Kimmi Lewis


With word of an imposing National Heritage Area designation in South Central Nebraska and North Central Kansas Norman Kincaid is sharing his experiences in fighting the same in SE Colorado. With today we pay tribute to his mentor and true champion for property rights the late Kimmi Lewis.
