In the Emergency COVID19 relief bill of $1.9 trillion several farm issues come to the surface. The one I focus on today is Warnock's $5 billion Emergency Relief for Farmers of Color Act.

    Farmers of color? White is a color. It is a mix of colors. But that is not what the article is about.
