Here is what I think about today's USDA Advisory committee recommendation on dietary guidelines eliminating BEEF...true brain food.

Glyphosate or Table Salt both kill you

There is a reasonable correlation between the amount ingested and the likelihood of serious systemic sequelae or death. Advancing age is also associated with a less favorable prognosis. Ingestion of >85 mL of the concentrated formulation is likely to cause significant toxicity in adults. 

Table salt Sodium chloride NaCl, Lethal Dose  12357 mg/kg 

If you do the metric conversion Salt is lethal at 12 ml and Glyphosate at 85 ml.

I am making a clarification to previous statement. My metric conversion was a bit off although does not change the story. Salt is only 3 times as toxic as glyphosate not 5 times.
